RUDOLPH THE REINDEER DIES OF HEART ATTACK; DANISH AIR FORCE ACCEPTS BLAME; SANTA PAID OFF.
In one of the best kept secrets of the year, Rudolph the Reindeer died of a heart attack this past February.
He was simply summering and grazing after a long hard December 25th. at part time Santa Olavi Nikkanoff's farm in Denmark.
Suddenly two Danish Air Force F-16's roared passed at low altitude over the farm causing Rudolph to collapse and die.
F-16'sSanta Nikkanoff complained to the Danish Air force and after a lengthy review the Air Force agreed with Santa. They compensated him $5,000 for his loss.
Santa Nikkanoff immediately said he would use the money to purchase another Rudolph, hopefully with a nose soooo shiny it seemed to glow!
