The man pictured above, Leo Wanta, a former distinguished Secret Service and Treasury Agent is the official appointed trustee, appointed by Ronald Reagan, of 27.5 trillion dollars that , he says, is now held in public trust for the American people.
His story involves espionage, high level finance, and intrgue that matches anything that Hollywood could ever produce.
