Bush's Record Opium Crop.Afghanistan provides 90% of the heroin to the world market. U.S. efforts to eradicate the crop were rebuffed strongly by President Karzai. Enough said, except that the bumper crop will provide enough heroin for 1 year for every heroin addict in the U.S.
